We mainly sell dried seafood, tonic ingredients, bird nest, cordyceps, and other nourishing food products, with both wholesale and retail services.
2. Do you have physical stores?
Yes. Global Medicine Trading Limited operates several stores in Hong Kong, with a concentration along Des Voeux Road West in Sheung Wan, an area well known as the traditional dried seafood street.
3. Do you accept wholesale orders?
Yes. We provide both wholesale and retail services. Wholesale customers enjoy free delivery. For wholesale pricing, product styles, or bulk order arrangements, please contact us by email or WhatsApp.
4. Is free delivery available for retail customers?
Yes. Retail orders of HK$1,000 or above qualify for free delivery. Orders below HK$1,000 will be shipped by SF Express with freight collect.
5. How long does delivery take after I place an order?
We will arrange processing and shipment as soon as possible after payment is confirmed. Actual delivery time depends on stock availability, order quantity, delivery area, and logistics arrangements.
6. Can I specify a delivery time?
If you have a preferred delivery time or special delivery requirements, please contact us before placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee every requested time slot.
